#56 Authenticity is Subjective

In this episode of Mentoring for the Modern Musician Michael and Adam tackle the subject of Authenticity, and the fact that is subjective! There isn’t one kind of authentic artist. David Bowie and Johnny Cash were both real. Ryan Adams and Sia are both being who they are. You don’t have to wear a baseball hat just because it works out so well for Nicky Jam! Finding your own, true, real, authentic artistic self is the goal of this journey. Look for the joy, look for what feels real to you and move toward that!
